Ned

Ned makes a bold entrance in episode number one, Picnic of Death, and quickly becomes Nancy’s love interest.  He is very, very French and has a tendency to pick Nancy up and spin her around.  A lot.  An example of this particular behavior is found in episode two, The Chapel Rescue.
